(Alliance News) - Cruise company Carnival PLC on Monday said Non-Executive Director Jonathon Band sold USD204,150 worth of shares on Thursday.
Band sold 5,000 shares priced at USD40.83 each. His holding in the company following the sale was not stated.
Shares in the FTSE 100 firm closed 1.2% lower at 3,130.00 pence each in London on Monday.
