LONDON (Alliance News) - CareTech Holdings PLC said Tuesday that Westminster Holdings Ltd, a firm controlled by Chairman Farouq Sheikh and Chief Executive Officer Haroon Sheikh, bought 300,000 shares.
Westminster Holdings acquired the shares at 369 pence for GBP1.1 million on Monday. Following the purchase, the firm holds a 9.6% stake in CareTech.
Meanwhile, also on Monday Non-Executive Director Karl Monaghan bought 6,700 shares at the same price for GBP24,723.
Also on Monday, Non-Executive Director Jamie Cumming acquired 2,500 shares at the same price for GBP9,22.
CareTech shares closed up 4.9% Tuesday at 385.0p each.
