Caretech Holdings PLC - provider of social care and education services to adults and children in UK - Executive Chair Farouq Sheikh and Chief Executive Officer Haroon Sheikh sell 750,000 shares via Westminster Holdings Ltd at 620 pence, worth GBP4.7 million, on Monday. The Sheikhs now holds 12.2 million shares, a 10.7% stake, indirectly via Westminster, Sheikh Holdings Group and Cosaraf Pension Fund. Each also holds 720,000 shares directly.

Big Yellow Group PLC - Bagshot, Surrey-based self-storage provider - CEO James Gibson sells 300,000 shares at 1,446.00p, worth GBP4.3 million, on Monday. Big Yellow says sale was for tax planning and the payment of taxes. Gibson continues to be interested in 2.1 million shares, a 1.2% stake.

Totally PLC - Derby-based healthcare service provider - Managers and directors buy 168,500 shares at 40p to 41p, worth about GBP68,000 on Monday. Largest purchase is by Chair Bob Holt, who buys 100,000 shares and now has 1.4 million, a 0.8% stake.

Jardine Matheson Holdings Ltd - Hong Kong-based property and retailing conglomerate - Finance Director Graham Baker buys 20,000 shares at average USD59.38, worth USD1.2 million, on Monday and Tuesday in Singapore. Baker joined Jardine Matheson in June of last year from medical equipment maker Smith & Nephew PLC.

Aston Martin Lagonda Global Holdings PLC - Gaydon, Warwick-based luxury automaker - Non-Executive Director Natalie Massenet buy 4,000 shares at a price of GBP19.00 per share, worth GBP76,000 on Monday.
