DIRECTOR DEALINGS: Capital Gearing Trust Non-Executive Buys Shares

LONDON (Alliance News) - Capital Gearing Trust PLC said Non-Executive Director Jean Matterson acquired shares worth GBP78,000 in a transaction on Monday.

Matterson bought 2,000 shares at 3,900 pence each. Shares in Capital Gearing were 0.4% higher at 3,910.00 pence on Monday.

The holding of Matterson after the transaction was not disclosed.
