DIRECTOR DEALINGS: Capital Drilling Non-Executive Director Buys Shares

LONDON (Alliance News) - Capital Drilling Ltd said on Monday Non-Executive Director David Abery purchased 300,000 shares in the drilling solutions company last Friday.

Abery bought 200,000 shares at a price of 39.25 pence per share, worth GBP78,500, and 100,000 shares at 38.86p each, totalling GBP38,860.

Capital Drilling shares were down 0.1% at 38.25p each on Monday. Following the transaction, Abery holds a 0.2% interest in the company.
