LONDON (Alliance News) - Capital & Regional PLC said on Monday Chairman Hugh Scott-Barrett bought and sold shares in the property real estate investment trust in transaction last Friday.
Scott-Barrett purchased 135,000 shares at 53.70 pence per share, worth GBP72,495. He also sold 110,000 shares at 53.50p each, totalling GBP53,500.
Shares in Capital & Regional were trading 0.4% lower at 53.80p per share on Monday.
The company said after the transactions Scott-Barrett now holds 3.5 million shares.
