LONDON (Alliance News) - Capital & Counties Properties PLC Tuesday said that Finance Director Soumen Das exercised 10,000 share options awarded under the company's performance share plan at an exercise price of GBP1.5773 per share.
On exercise, Das transferred 5,000 shares to his wife, then all 10,000 shares were subsequently sold at a price of GBP3.52 per share.
Das now holds a total of 236,470 shares in the company, representing a 0.031% shareholding.
Shares in the property investment and development company were trading 0.1% lower at 349.70 pence per share Tuesday afternoon.
