LONDON (Alliance News) - CAP-XX Limited Monday said it awarded share options to three of its directors, including Chief Executive Anthony Kongats, last Thursday at an exercise price of 8.5 pence per share.
The electronics company, which designs, develops, manufactures and sells thin-form supercapacitors for use in small portable electronic devices and automotive applications, said Chairman Patrick Elliott and non-executive director Bruce Grey were each granted 300,000 options, while Kongats was granted 600,000.
Elliot now has 385,000 options and a shareholding of 1.7 million shares, while Grey has 300,000 options and 917,273 shares.
Kongats has 1.5 million options and 5.7 million shares.
The share options have a life of four years, with 25% of the options vesting 12 months after the grant date and the remainder vesting 1/48 from Monday on a monthly basis.
CAP-XX shares were Monday quoted at 5.53 pence, down 0.10 pence, or 1.8%.
