(Alliance News) - Neuroscience technology company Cambridge Cognition Holdings PLC on Monday said Non-Executive Chair Steven Powell purchased 50,000 shares in two transactions on Friday.
First, Powell bought 25,000 shares at 26.50 pence each, GBP6,625 altogether, before purchasing 25,000 more shares at 27.50p apiece in a transaction totalling GBP6,875.
Following the purchases, Powell has an interest in 141,375 Cambridge shares, representing 0.6% of the firm.
Shares in the company closed 9.1% higher at 28.90p each in London on Monday.
