(Alliance News) - Cambridge Cognition Holdings PLC on Thursday said Chief Executive Matthew Stork purchased shares in the neuroscience company.
In a transaction on Tuesday, Stork acquired 50,000 shares at a price of 28.5 pence each, worth GBP14,250. Following the transaction, Stork has a total interest of 50,000 shares, representing 0.2% holding in the company.
Shares in Cambridge Cognition closed 1.4% higher late on Thursday at 28.40p each in London.
