LONDON (Alliance News) - Bunzl PLC said Thursday that Frank van Zanten, the head of continental European operations, and Finance Director Brian May got shares following exercise of options under the company's long-term incentive plan and went on to sell them.
Van Zanten got 22,000 shares at GBP6.765 and 22,000 at GBP7.46, and sold all 44,000 at GBP13.85. He still holds 56,172 shares, or 0.02% of the company's share capital.
May got his shares in four tranches at prices between GBP6.765 and GBP7.46 a share, and sold all of them for GBP13.85 a share. He retains an interest in 105,240 shares, or 0.03% of the company's share capital.
Bunzl shares closed up 0.8% at 1,385.04 pence Thursday.
