LONDON (Alliance News) - Bunzl PLC Thursday said that the following directors and managers acquired shares at GBP4.52 each by exercising options under a sharesave scheme.
Company Secretary Paul Hussey acquired 1,384 shares at GBP4.52 each, and sold them all at GBP16.66 per share. Hussey now holds 72,125 shares.
Human Resources Director Celia Baxter acquired 53,111 shares at the same price, and sold 3,462 of the shares at GBP16.66 per share.
Director of Corporate Development Andrew Mooney acquired 3,462 shares, also at GBP4.52 each. Mooney now holds 14,490 shares in the company.
Bunzl shares closed Thursday 1% lower at 1,665.00 pence per share.
