LONDON (Alliance News) - Bunzl PLC Monday said a number of directors and managers, including Chief Executive Michael Roney and Finance Director Brian May, have been granted options in the company.
Roney was granted 37,000 options, while May was granted 19,500 options.
Roney now has 1,124,120 options, while May has 612,873.
The other directors include Pat Larmon, who was granted 22,000 options and now has a holding of 790,266 options.
Charles Budge was granted 12,750 options and now has 271,388, while Frank van Zanten was granted 13,500 and now holds 318,375.
Celia Baxter was granted 9,450 options, taking her holding to 234,606. Paul Hussey was granted the same number as Baxter, though his holding is smaller than hers, at 310,062. Andrew Mooney was also granted 9,450 options, though his holding is just 157,522.
The options are exercisable between October 7, 2016, and October 6, 2019.
The options were granted under the company's long term incentive plan.
The company was notified of the transactions on October 7.
Bunzl shares were Monday quoted at 1,307 pence, down 18 pence, or 1.4%.
