LONDON (Alliance News) - FTSE 100-listed BT Group PLC said Wednesday that Magdalena Du Plessis, a person closely associated to Chairman Jan Du Plessis, and Non-Executive Director Nick Rose bought 100,000 shares each.
On Monday, Magdalena Du Plessis acquired the shares at 204 pence each in a deal worth GBP204,000. Rose also acquired the shares at the same price.
The shareholders of the two individuals following the transaction was not disclosed by the company.
Shares in the telecommunications giant were trading 0.7% lower at 207.05p each.
