LONDON (Alliance News) - BT Group PLC on Tuesday said Karen Key, a person closely associated with Non-Executive Director Matthew Key, acquired shares in the FTSE 100-listed telecommunications firm.
In a transaction on Monday, Karen Key purchased 18,500 shares at a price of 204.7 pence each, totalling GBP37,870.
Shares in BT closed 0.7% higher on Tuesday at 206.70 pence each.
