LONDON (Alliance News) - Britvic PLC Tuesday said Chief Executive Simon Litherland bought 31,342 shares at a price of 638.11 pence per share.
Following this transaction, Litherland now holds 31,618 shares, which represents less than a 1% stake in the soft-drinks maker.
The stock was trading at 625.00 pence Tuesday afternoon, up 18.00 pence or 3.0%, after the company earlier reported higher profits and revenues for the full year ended September 29, driven by raised prices and increased market share.
