LONDON (Alliance News) - British Polythene Industries PLC Thursday said that three directors have sold shares in the company.
The company said that Andrew Green sold 17,500 shares at 682 pence each on Thursday, leaving him with a 0.352% stake in the company.
In addition, David Pendlebury sold the same number of shares at the same price on the same day, leaving him with a 0.207% stake.
David Duthie sold 5,000 shares at the same price, leaving him with a 0.407% stake.
On the same day, a number of directors, including Green, Pendlebury and Duthie were granted options over shares in the company with an exercise price of 681 pence per share.
"The options are subject to a performance condition measured over the 3 financial years 2015 - 2017," the company said. "Vesting will not normally occur until after the preliminary results announcement for the third year of the performance period. Options are exercisable at any time thereafter until the tenth anniversary after the date of grant. No amount was paid for the grant of the options."

The company's shares closed flat at 683.50 pence on Thursday.
