LONDON (Alliance News) - Brewin Dolphin PLC said Head of Investment Management Stephen Ford sold 28,572 shares at a price of 348 pence per share Wednesday.
Following this transaction, Ford holds 114,039 shares.
Shares in the wealth manager are down even though it reported higher first-half pretax profit and discretionary funds under management. However, some analysts said they will be cautious as the company enters the final stages of its transformation programme launched in 2012, with Panmure Gordon retaining a Sell stance, and Numis downgrading the company to Hold from Add.
Brewin Dolphin Shares were quoted at 317.10p down 10.2% Wednesday.
