LONDON (Alliance News) - Breedon Aggregates Limited said Tuesday that Marwyn Management Partners had transferred part of its holding to its wholly owned subsidiary Marwyn Materials Investments Limited.
As a consequence of this transaction, Non-Executive David Williams now holds a direct interest of 2,073 Marwyn Participation Shares.
Some of the holders of the Marwyn Participation Shares have exercised options over their holdings of 2,620 Marwyn Participation shares, which it expects will result in the company issuing 12,346,582 shares.
Shares in the quarrying and aggregates holding company were trading up 1.3% at 32.15 pence Tuesday afternoon.
