DIRECTOR DEALINGS: Braveheart Investment Directors Buy 720,000 Shares

LONDON (Alliance News) - Braveheart Investment Group PLC said three of its board members bought 720,000 shares at a price of 5 pence per share on Wednesday.

Chairman Jeremy Delmar-Morgan bought 180,000 shares, which takes his holding to 230,000 shares.

In addition Chief Executive Officer Trevor Brown and Andrew Burton, managing director of Viking Fund Managers, each bought 270,000 shares. After the purchase, Brown and Burton hold 8.1 million and 929,460 shares respectively.

The stock was down 29% at 5.00p Wednesday.
