LONDON (Alliance News) - Brammer PLC said Tuesday that Business Integration Director Nigel Trend had disposed of 4,232 shares at 469.36 pence each, and subsequently purchased 1,569 shares into his SIPP and 2,663 shares into his ISA at an average price of 475.97 pence each.
Following this transaction Trend holds a 0.0851% interest in the company.
The management services company's shares were trading up 1.7% at 480 pence Tuesday.
