LONDON (Alliance News) - Brammer PLC Monday said its Business Integration Director Nigel Trend bought 4,238 shares in the company into his share incentive plan at a price of 492.64 pence per share on Thursday.
The industrial maintenance company said Trend then bought 3,046 shares in the company at a price of 489.5734 pence on Thursday before an unnamed person connected to Trend bought 2,434 shares in the company at a price of 489.9950 pence on Friday.
Following the transactions, the total interest of Trend and the person connected to him has increased to 113,715 shares in the company.
Brammer shares were down 0.3% to 486.25 pence Monday.
