LONDON (Alliance News) - The head of BP PLC's Upstream unit Bernard Looney has sold shares worth just under GBP2 million, BP said Thursday.
Looney sold 347,630 shares at a price of GBP5.60 each, for a total of GBP1.9 million. BP shares were 0.3% lower on Thursday afternoon at 550.10p.
On Tuesday, BP reported a 12% drop in first quarter profit amid volatile pricing, though output in the Upstream unit climbed 2%.
