LONDON (Alliance News) - Oil and gas major BP PLC Monday said that Chairman Carl-Henric Svanberg acquired 13,149 at price of USD7.886 each, through the BP Scrip Dividend Programme Friday.
The following senior executives and a connected person to Downstream Chief Executive Iain Conn also acquired shares under the same plan.
