DIRECTOR DEALINGS: BP Directors And Executives Awarded Shares

LONDON (Alliance News) - BP PLC said Monday that a group of its directors and senior executives, including Iain Conn, chief executive of its refining and marketing business, Rupert Bondy, its group general counsen, Mike Daly, executive vice president of exploration, and Brian Gilvary, chief financial officer, were awarded shares as part of the BP Scrip Dividend Programme.

The shares were award on September 20 at a reference price of USD6.874 per share.
