LONDON (Alliance News) - Bovis Homes Group PLC Friday said that Production and Quality Control Director Michael Black, Finance Director Jonathan Hill, Company Secretary Martin Palmer, South West Region Managing Director Malcolm Pink and Chief Executive David Ritchie had bought 17 shares each under the company's share incentive plan at 749.77 pence each.
Shares in Bovis Homes closed up 1.50 pence at 750.00 pence Friday.
