LONDON (Alliance News) - Bovis Homes Group PLC Thursday said Chief Executive David Ritchie and four other directors bought shares at a price of GBP8.342 per share under the company's share incentive plan.
Ritchie, Finance Director Jonathan Hill, Company Secretary Martin Palmer, Group Production and Quality Control Director Michael Black and Regional Managing Director Malcolm Pink all bought 15 shares.
Following this transaction, Ritchie hold 120,867 shares, Hill, 19,602 shares, Black, 8,719 shares, Pink 15,837 shares and Palmer 33,344 shares.
The stock closed at 823.00 pence Thursday, down 9.00 pence or 1.1%.
