DIRECTOR DEALINGS: Bovis Homes Chairman Ian Tyler Buys First Shares

LONDON (Alliance News) - Housebuilder Bovis Homes Group PLC on Tuesday said Non-Executive Chairman Ian Tyler bought shares in the company on Monday.

Tyler bought 2,000 shares at 893.00 pence per share, his only holding in the company. Tyler was chief executive of construction firm Balfour Beatty PLC from 2005 until March 2013 and joined Bovis as chairman in November 2013.

Shares in Bovis were down 2.9% to 872.00p on Tuesday.
