(Alliance News) - Bonhill Group PLC on Tuesday said Finance Director David Brown purchased 192,307 shares at 52 pence per share on Monday.
Following the GBP100,000 deal, Brown is interested in 983,973 shares in the business-to-business media firm, equivalent to an approximately 2.0% stake.
Shares in Bonhill closed up 7.2% at 56.80p in London on Tuesday.
