LONDON (Alliance News) - Blur Group PLC Thursday said Deputy Chairman David Sheriff bought 28,500 shares at a price of 87 pence per share Wednesday.
Following this transaction, Sherriff now has a beneficial interest in 72,600 shares, representing 0.15% of the company's issued share capital.
The company also said Non-Executive Director Richard Bourne-Arton bought 32,051 shares at 78p each on Monday. He now holds 432,381 shares, representing 0.92% of the share capital.
Shares in the cloud computing service were up 6.3% at 93.00p Thursday.
