LONDON (Alliance News) - Blur Group PLC Friday said that Non-Executive Director David Sherriff bought 44,100 shares at 90 pence per share, for the benefit of his self-administered scheme.
Sherriff only holds the 44,100 shares in the company, which represents a 0.15% stake.
BLur Group also said that Non-Executive Director Robert Brooksbank bought 69,000 shares at a price of 85 pence per share. It said that the shares are held in trust created for the benefit of his three children.
Brooksbank holds a 0.39% shareholding in the company with a total of 115,695 shares.
Shares in Blur, which operates a cloud-based platform, dropped 18.6% Friday, trading at 84.60 pence.
