LONDON (Alliance News) - Bluefield Solar Income Fund Ltd said on Wednesday its founders James Armstrong and Giovanni Terranova sold shares in the company in transactions last Wednesday.
Armstrong sold 17,250 shares at a price of 115.90 pence per share, worth GBP19,993, and 60,871 shares at 115.00p each, totalling GBP70,002.
Terranova sold 13,507 shares at a price of 115.95p each, worth GBP15,661. He also bought 13,500 shares at 115.90p, worth GBP15,647.
The stock was trading 0.4% lower at 115.50p per share on Wednesday.
The company did not provide either Armstrong's nor Terranova's holdings, if any, prior to the transactions.
