DIRECTOR DEALINGS: Bluefield Solar Income Co-Founder Ups Interest

LONDON (Alliance News) - Bluefield Solar Income Fund Ltd on Thursday said Mike Rand, a managing partner and co-founder, bought shares in the solar asset investment company.

Rand purchased 16,258 shares at a price of 104.56 pence per share and 3,821 shares at a price of 104.66 pence per share on Tuesday.

Following this acquisition, Rand has a beneficial interest of 201,203 shares.

Bluefield Solar Income Fund on Wednesday said it has agreed to acquire five solar power plants in the UK for a total of GBP22.7 million.

The stock was down 1.4% at 104.50p Thursday.
