LONDON (Alliance News) - Blue Prism Group PLC on Thursday said Chief Revenue Officer Martin Flood sold 100,000 shares in the automation software company at an average price of 1,200.40 pence per share.
Following the GBP1.2 million deal, Flood's remaining interest is in 50,000 shares or less than 0.1% of Blue Prism's shares.
Shares in Blue Prism were down 1.0% at 1,198.00 pence on Thursday.
