(Alliance News) - Blancco Technology Group PLC's chief executive and chief financial officer both purchased 10,000 shares on Wednesday, the company said.
CEO Matt Jones bought 10,000 shares at 126.5 pence each, for GBP12,650. CFO Adam Moloney carried out the same transaction.
They both now hold 28,000 shares in the mobile device diagnostics and secure data erasure company. The stock was 0.4% higher on Wednesday afternoon in London at 126.50p.
