LONDON (Alliance News) - BlackRock World Mining Trust PLC said Non-Executive Director Jane Lewis bought shares worth GBP9,934 in the investment firm in a transaction on Thursday.
Lewis - a non-exec since 2016 - acquired 2,933 shares at 338.72 pence each. Shares in BlackRock World Mining Trust closed 0.4% higher at 339.50 pence on Thursday.
The total holding of Lewis after the transaction was not disclosed.
