LONDON (Alliance News) - BlackRock Throgmorton Trust PLC on Friday said that Chair Christopher Samuel bought shares worth GBP59,706.
In a deal completed on Friday, Samuel acquired 11,460 shares at 521.24 pence each. His total interest in the trust following the acquisition was not disclosed.
BlackRock Throgmorton Trust shares were trading up 0.6% at 517.88p each on Friday afternoon.
