LONDON (Alliance News) - Biome Technologies PLC Wednesday said that it has transferred 14,545 shares from treasury, to Leapcross Limited, a company of which Non-Executive Independent Chairman John Standen, is also a director and majority shareholder.
It said that the transaction was pursuant to the second tranche of the consultancy agreement with Leapacross.
Following this transaction, the total amount of shares controlled by Standen is 29,944, shares, representing a 1.28% stake in the company.
Biome Technologies shares were 0.2% lower Wednesday afternoon, trading at 172.10 pence per share.
