LONDON (Alliance News) - Billington Holdings PLC said on Tuesday that Tarom Foundation, an associate of Non-Executive Director Alexander Ospelt, has sold around GBP3.4 million in two transactions last week.
On Thursday, Tarom disposed of 1.0 million shares at a price of GBP3.00 per share, for a total of GBP3.0 million.
On Friday, 135,000 shares were sold at the same price, for GBP405,000.
Following these transactions, Tarom no longer holds any interest in the company.
Also on Tuesday, the construction engineering firm said Otus Capital Management LP now holds a 7.73% stake in the company.
Otus Capital's interest in the company, prior to a deal completed on Thursday, if any, was not disclosed.
Shares in Billington Holdings were down 1.6% at 300.22 pence on Tuesday.
