(Alliance News) - Self-storage company Big Yellow Group PLC on Monday said wife of Executive Chair Nicholas Vetch sold GBP4.4 million worth of shares.
Catherine Vetch on Friday sold 411,660 ordinary shares in the company at an average price of 1,068.00 pence per share. Following the sale, Chair Nicholas Vetch and his family continue to own 6.7 million shares, or 4.04% of the company.
Big Yellow shares were trading 0.1% lower at 1,063.00 pence each on Monday morning.
