DIRECTOR DEALINGS: Biffa Managing Director John Casey Sells Shares

LONDON (Alliance News) - Biffa PLC said on Tuesday that Managing Director John Casey sold shares in the waste management firm in transaction last Friday.

Casey sold a total of 6,000 shares at 238.00 pence each, the transaction valued at GBP14,280. The company did not provide Casey's holding, if any, following the transaction.

Biffa shares were down 2.2% at 236.235p per share on Tuesday.
