(Alliance News) - Waste management firm Biffa PLC on Monday said the managing director of its Municipal household waste unit sold 75,000 shares in a transaction last week.
Roger Edwards sold the shares at 238.00 pence each, GBP178,500 altogether, last Monday.
The number of Biffa shares Edwards now owns was not specified.
The stock was closed up 1.9% at 243.00p in London on Monday.
