DIRECTOR DEALINGS: Biffa Chairman And Wife Buy Shares

LONDON (Alliance News) - Biffa PLC said that Chairman Kenneth Lever and his wife Denise Lever have purchased a total of 50,000 shares at 206 pence each on Tuesday.

His total shareholding was not disclosed.

Biffa is a waste management company whose headquarters are in High Wycombe.

Shares in Biffa were up 1.3% Tuesday afternoon to 202.50 pence a share.
