BHP Group PLC - Melbourne, Australia-based miner - Edgar Basto-Baez, president of Minerals Australia, sells 32,502 shares at AUD44.63, worth AUD1.5 million, about GBP760,000, on Thursday. This was after Basto-Baez had received 27,651 shares from the vesting of deferred shares under an incentive plan.

Prospex Energy PLC - investor in onshore and shallow offshore European gas and power projects - Company receives GBP262,000 after issuing 11.6 million new shares for the exercise of warrants at 2.25 pence. The stock was quoted at 2.90p on Friday. Of the new shares, Non-Executive Chair Bill Smith receives 1.2 million and now has 3.9 million in total, a 2.4% stake. Smith had bought 1.0 million shares on Tuesday. Richard Mays, another director, receives 595,705 shares and now has 708,105.

RWS Holdings PLC - Buckinghamshire, England-based language, content management and intellectual property support services - Chief Executive Officer Ian El-Mokadem buys 10,000 shares at 616.8p, worth GBP61,680, on Wednesday. El-Mokadem also had bought 10,000 shares earlier this month and now has 60,000 shares. The former managing director for UK & Ireland at caterer Compass Group PLC joined RWS at the end of July.

IntegraFin Holdings PLC - London-based investment platform - Patrick Sweeney, an associate of Chief Operating Officer Judith Davidson, sells 5,000 shares at GBP5.80, worth GBP29,000, on Wednesday. Sweeney had sold 144,000 shares on Friday last week and on Monday.
