DIRECTOR DEALINGS: Bgeo Group Finance Head Sells GBP42,000 In Shares

LONDON (Alliance News) - Bgeo Group PLC said Tuesday that Chief Financial Officer Giorgi Alpaidze sold GBP42,446 worth of shares in the company.

Alpaidze sold 1,199 shares at 3,540p per share on Monday. His total shareholding, if any, following the sale was not disclosed.

The Georgian financial services company also said Non-Executive Director Hanna Loikkanen bought 800 shares for 3,528p per share on the same day. The director's total holding was not disclosed.

Shares in the company were down 1.0% at 3,506.00 pence in afternoon trade on Tuesday.
