LONDON (Alliance News) - Online betting and gaming operator Betfair Group PLC said Wednesday that non-executive director Zillah Byng-Maddick had bought 2,500 shares at 1,052 pence each.
Byng-Maddick joined Betfair earlier this month, and the shares - equal to less than 1% of the company - are her first.
The transaction took place Friday, and the company was informed Wednesday.
Shares in Betfair were trading up 1.4% Wednesday, at 1,090.00 pence.
