LONDON (Alliance News) - Homebuilder Berkeley Group Holdings PLC said Tuesday that Sean Ellis, chairman of its St. James Group unit, purchased 2,212 shares on Friday at 2,241 pence per share.
Ellis's total holding following Friday's acquisition is 12,212 shares. The St. James Group specialises in brownfield development projects.
Berkeley Group shares were quoted early Tuesday at 2,233.00p, down 3.00p.
