LONDON (Alliance News) - Berkeley Group Holdings PLC Wednesday said Chairman Anthony Pidgley sold 750,000 shares at GBP25 a share Tuesday, a deal worth about GBP18.8 million gross.
The company also said Managing Director Rob Perrins sold 250,000 shares at the same price. That deal is valued at GBP6.3 million gross.
Following the transactions, Pidgley and Perrins have a total holding of around 6.3 million and 1.5 million shares, respectively.
Shares in the property developer were up 1.0% at 2,537.78 pence Wednesday.
