(Alliance News) - Berkeley Group Holdings PLC on Friday said the head of one of its divisions has sold shares worth over GBP1 million.
Karl Whiteman, who leads Berkeley's East Thames division, sold 31,500 shares at a price of GBP38.17 each, for a total of GBP1.2 million.
Berkeley, a member of the FTSE 100 index, did not say how many shares he now holds. Shares closed up 1.4% on Friday at 3,844.00p each.
