DIRECTOR DEALINGS: Berkeley Divisional Executive Director Sells Shares

LONDON (Alliance News) - Berkeley Group Holdings PLC said Divisional Executive Director Karl Whiteman sold 14,500 shares at a price of 3,817.8625 pence each on Tuesday.

The transaction had a total value of around GBP553,590. Whiteman's holding in Berkeley following the disposal was not provided.

Shares in Berkeley closed up 1.2% at 3,815.966 on Tuesday.
